Due to the active growth of the Company, a vacancy has been opened on a competitive basis for the position of Head of the production site/The head of the workshop (confectionery and bakery products). The main task is to control the work of the production workshop in full.

Main tasks:

  • Organization of the work of the entrusted production area according to production plans;
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of the production plan according to orders;
  • Organization and control of strict sorting and storage of products according to temperature conditions;
  • Planning of work, personnel, as well as preparation of reports on products and personnel involved;
  • Monitoring the condition of the entrusted equipment;
  • Management of production shop workers: line placement, control of the execution of the plan, keeping time sheets;
  • Interaction with related departments;
  • Maintaining documentation;
  • Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and labor discipline;
  • Quality control, sanitary standards;
  • Control of the production process;
  • Organization of the confectionery shop;
  • Coordination of work between related workshops and production services
  • Control of labor costs and raw material consumption rates;
  • Workshop operation planning;
  • Product quality control;
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards
  • Organization of staff training
  • Organization, management, control and responsibility for the smooth execution of production orders on time, in the required volumes, required assortment and proper quality;
  • Ensuring an uninterrupted cycle: from the receipt of raw materials to the output of finished products — always on time, in the right quantities and with guaranteed quality

You will definitely contact us if:

  • Work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in the food industry;
  • Understanding the principles of production planning, raw materials, production standards, and the placement of people (mainly in the bakery/confectionery industry);
  • Knowledge of the Federal Law and the SanPiN governing the work of a food company;
  • Knowledge of production technology;
  • Management skills;
  • Ability to interact with other services and departments of the company;
  • Focus on results.
